When is my annual service due?
Within about 30 days before or after your install anniversary. That window is set by System X, not us. Not sure of your date? Text us at (517) 231-9272 and we'll look it up — we track every client's anniversary.
What happens if I skip it?
System X requires the annual service to keep the warranty active. If the window passes without a service, the manufacturer voids the warranty — and it can't be reinstated. That's exactly why we reach out near your anniversary so you never miss it.
Do I need to have gotten my coating from you?
This service is for our System X coating clients. If we installed your coating, you're covered — book away. If your coating is from another shop, text us and we'll point you in the right direction.
What's included, and what does it cost?
$399 flat. We come to you, deep-clean and decontaminate the paint, apply a fresh layer of System X Topcoat+, fully inspect the coating, and log the service to your CARFAX. One visit, usually a few hours — you don't lift a finger.
