    1. Who we are

    This Privacy Policy explains how After Hours Car Detailing LLC ("After Hours Car Detailing," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book a service, or communicate with us by phone, text, or email.

    Mailing address only. After Hours Car Detailing is a fully mobile service — no detailing is performed at this address, and it is not open to the public, to visitors, or to walk-ins. Please reach us by phone, text, or email.

    2. Information we collect

    Mostly the basics you give us so we can detail your car.

    We collect information in three ways: that you give us, that we collect automatically, and that we get from partners.

    Information you give us

    • Identifiers — your name, email address, phone number, and the service address where we'll detail your vehicle.
    • Vehicle information — make, model, year, condition, and any photos you send us.
    • Service & payment information — the services you request, appointment details, and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).
    • Anything else you choose to share in a form message, text, email, or call.

    Information we collect automatically

    • Basic device and usage data when you visit our site — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics — through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

    Information from partners

    • If you reach us through an ad or lead form (for example, on Facebook/Instagram), we receive the contact details you submitted there.

    3. How we use your information

    We use your information to:

    • Schedule, perform, and follow up on your detailing or ceramic-coating service;
    • Send you booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates;
    • Respond to your questions and provide customer support;
    • Process payments and, where offered, financing;
    • Send you marketing or promotional messages only if you have opted in (you can opt out anytime — see Section 6);
    • Run and measure our advertising, and improve our website and services;
    • Protect against fraud and comply with the law.

    4. Who we share it with

    Trusted service providers that help us run the business — never data brokers.

    We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only so they can perform services for us:

    • Fuse Stackour CRM, scheduling, online forms, and email and text (SMS) messaging platform.
    • Stripesecure payment and deposit processing (we never store full card numbers).
    • Googlemaps, address lookup, and website analytics.
    • Mapboxservice-area maps on our website.
    • Meta / Facebookadvertising and ad measurement.
    • Cloudflarewebsite hosting, delivery, and security.

    These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us, not for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or business.

    Text-message (SMS) opt-in data is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive texts from us is never sold or shared.

    5. Cookies, tracking & your ad choices

    How we use cookies and ads — and how to opt out.

    Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support our advertising. These may include Google (maps, address lookup, and analytics).

    We currently run ads on platforms like Facebook/Instagram and Google, but we do not install a tracking pixel that follows your browsing across other websites. If that changes, we will update this section and offer a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out (and honor Global Privacy Control signals) before doing so.

    Do Not Track: because there is no industry standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, we respond to recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control as described above.

    6. Text messages & email

    You're in control — opt in for marketing, opt out anytime.

    Text messages (SMS)

    When you give us your mobile number, we may text you transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates) and, only where you have separately opted in, marketing or promotional messages.

    • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
    • Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
    • Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of purchase.
    • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

    Email

    We may send you service-related emails and, if you opt in, a marketing newsletter. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we honor opt-out requests promptly.

    7. Your privacy choices & rights

    We extend these to every customer, wherever you live.

    We respect your privacy and extend the following choices to all of our customers and website visitors, regardless of where you live:

    • Access — ask what personal information we hold about you.
    • Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
    • Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to records we're required to keep (for example, completed-transaction and tax records).
    • Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from emails or reply STOP to texts anytime.
    • Opt out of "sale"/"sharing" for targeted advertising (see Section 5).
    • No discrimination — we will never deny service, change your price, or lower your service quality for exercising any of these rights.

    Residents of certain U.S. states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and others) may have additional rights under state law; we honor the choices above for everyone.     8. Security

    We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we work with reputable providers (like our payment processor) who do the same. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

    9. How long we keep your information

    We keep your personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business and customer records, and meet legal, tax, and reporting requirements — and we retain records of text-message consent for at least four years, as recommended for compliance. When we no longer need information, we securely delete or anonymize it.

    10. Children's privacy

    Our services and website are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at afterhourscardetailing@gmail.com and we will delete it.

    11. Changes to this policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be made clear.
