Yes. We are a fully mobile detailing service. We bring our own water, power, polishers, and coatings. Driveways are easiest — we also work at residential streets with room to park, office lots (with property permission), and most flat outdoor spaces. We do tow a truck and trailer, so we can't fit inside parking garages and we can't park anywhere we'd block traffic, sit in paid-only parking, or violate posted rules. If you're not sure your spot works, send a quick photo when you book and we'll confirm before the appointment.
Enough room to park our truck and trailer safely and to work around your vehicle. A driveway is the easiest setup. Residential streets, surface parking lots (with the property owner's permission), and office lots all work too. We can't fit in parking garages — our rig has a height restriction. We also can't park anywhere that would block traffic, require paid parking, or violate posted rules. If you live in an apartment, townhouse, or anywhere with tight access, send us a photo when you book and we'll confirm fit before your appointment.
Most full details run 3–5 hours. A paint correction adds 2–4 hours depending on the condition. Ceramic coating is a full-day appointment so the product can cure correctly. You'll get an exact estimate when you book.
No — we're a mobile, outdoor service, so we run a season: generally April through October. The edges flex with the weather each year — when spring comes early we start in March, and a mild fall can stretch us into November. Once the season closes, we book dates for the next one, and the spring slots are the first to fill.
Cash, check, or card. Card payments add a 4% service fee — cash or check avoids it. Payment is due at completion.
Both — we serve any Olivet resident with a workable spot to park. Off-campus rentals near campus are our typical student appointments. The exception is on-campus parking lots, which we can't service without prior coordination with university facilities. If you're a student living off-campus with driveway access at your rental, that works.
We're mobile only — there's no shop in Charlotte to drive to. The point of mobile detailing is that we come to you, even if you're a half hour from where we dispatch. We're set up to handle Olivet regularly, so just book and we'll be there.
